All Shannon DiPierro fine jewelry items are made to order with great detail and care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we ask that all customers allow up to 4-6 weeks for their order to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner and want our customers to be aware of this production window. If the item is in stock, your item will be ready to ship after your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout. If you are ordering from us for the first time, please make sure to also check your spam/junk folder for your invoice. 

All shipments are insured. For legal purposes, the value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must reflect the cost of the jewelry. For insurance purposes, all orders require an adult signature upon delivery.
